At the Front: A History of U.S. Army Dog Tags 1896-1953

Presenter Bill Parker will take you through the history of US Army Dog Tags from the Spanish American War through the Korean War era. Learn how to research and read dog tags from those times.  Bill has been collecting dog tags for over 20 years and serves as a Military Historian for the South Wood County Historical Museum in Wisconsin Rapids. He has done displays at various locations including museums, libraries, and re-enactments. He is also a World War I and American Civil War re-enactor.
