Games at the Library: Unknown Worlds

Sat., Nov. 8 | Noon – 3 p.m. – Unknown Worlds, Anvil 8 Games presents: Unknown Worlds, a narrative-forward table top roleplaying game set in 1980s small towns. The magical characters come to a turning point for their small town as danger closes in from multiple sides and the long-held history of their town’s founding unravels. Come play Oshkosh Public Library’s exclusive adventure with the Milwaukee-based developers of this new roleplaying game. Rules will be taught. Materials, including customizable pre-made characters, will be provided.

OSHKOSH, Wis. – Nov 8, 2025 – Venture into a world of imagination and strategy during the library’s Games at the Library series. Whether you're a seasoned gamer or just curious, this series is a way to have fun and meet other people with similar interests in a sober environment.

Bring your own favorite games to share, explore the library’s collection, or join a themed session led by our game-loving staff. No experience required, just a love for storytelling, dice rolling and good company. Come solo or with friends and try something new.
