The library has several meeting rooms that are used for library programs, meetings and events. We understand that the library is a desirable place for individuals and groups to gather in the Oshkosh community, so we also make our meeting rooms available to the public at times that they are not in use by the library. Please note that public use of the Dome (referred to as Waters Building or Great Hall in the Meeting Room policy) is intended for special events and costs $300 per hour, including a $100 non-refundable deposit.
