Oshkosh Public Librarian Michael McArthur takes a look at the history of The Picasso Plaza Inn (aka The Hotel Raulf aka The Raulf Place aka Wage Peace aka The Beaver Lounge and Art Studio).
The library will be closed on Wed., Dec. 24 and Thurs., Dec. 25 for Christmas. On Wed., Dec. 31, the library will close early at 5 p.m. and will remain closed on Thurs., Jan. 1 for New Year's Day.
