Event Details

Each month we explore banned and challenged books guided by Librarian Sarah. Discover the reasons behind censorship and engage in safe and thought-provoking discussions with fellow readers. If you value your freedom to read, this is the book club for you.  

  • June: Heartstopper by Alice Oseman
  • July: The House of the Spirits by Isabel Allende
  • August: To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee 

The library will be closed on Wed., Dec. 24 and Thurs., Dec. 25 for Christmas. On Wed., Dec. 31, the library will close early at 5 p.m. and will remain closed on Thurs., Jan. 1 for New Year's Day.
