Three study rooms are available on the second floor. These small spaces provide a quiet, semi-private setting for 1-2 people to work.
Library Services

Wisconsin and IRS tax forms are available on the second floor of the library from January to April each year. Forms and instructions not available at the library can be printed by library staff for 10 cents per page.

Teacher cards are available to educators at all levels, in public or private schools, student teachers, child care providers and homeschool parents. View the brochure.

Together Time kits are a free service provided by the Youth Services Department. These kits can be checked out while you're at the library to enjoy time together. Kits include kinetic sand, play-dough, magne-tiles and more!
Convert positive slides or negative film to digital and then save on a USB flash drive. Convert VHS to a digital equivalent, either on a USB or DVD. Click here to learn more or make a reservation.

Oshkosh Public Library offers free wireless access to the Internet inside the library building and extending into the parking lot and William Waters Plaza. There is no password necessary.

The Winnebago Free Legal Assistance Clinic is offered each month at the library. Attorneys, paralegals, and other volunteers offer brief legal consultations, referrals, and assistance with legal forms and procedures on a range of civil legal issues.

The Winnefox Mobile App is available to all Winnefox cardholders and allows you to access library services and manage your library account in several ways.
